  Health and Health Care   Quality of life in the area of health and health care is measured in terms of inputs, throughputs and outcomes in Korea. The national health insurance program has contributed to the improvement of health and health care. However, there are financial barriers to health care utilization because of limited benefit coverage and high copayment. Quality of life, as measured by health outcomes such as life expectancy, has also improved a great deal in thirty years, although there sill exists differential mortality rates among different socioeconomic groups. Strengthening the areas of primary health care, accident and disease prevention and health promotion will be essential to improving health outcomes among the Korean population.

 T he terms 'fitness', 'physical fitness' and 'motor fitness' are often used interchangeably, though these have slightly different meanings and connotations. Fitness has a broadar meaning which includes not only physical fitness but anatomical, psychological and physical fitness too. Thus, fitness is not a matter of mere muscules. Neither, it is a matter of physical capacity alone. It includes the realms of mental, moral, social and emotional fitness as well. Hiragana is used to express 46 different sounds used in the Japanese language. I suggest you start learning Hiragana, then Katana, and then Kanji. If you learn Hiragana first, It will be easier to learn Katakana next. Hiragana will help you learn Japanese pronunciation properly, read Japanese beginners´ textbooks and write sentences in Japanese, and Katakana will help you read Japanese menus at restaurants. To master Hiragana, it is important to practice writing, revision is also very important - please go over what you have learned several times.
